Returns & Refund
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please contact Customer Service by online chat or send mail to Dogdug@gmail.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. the refund money will send to your payment account(your paypal, skrill or bank account). Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
1. The goods can be returned in 30 days of receiving your order if the goods with damages, like broken , dyeing. And please inform us via e-mail or fax as soon as possible. Be sure to contact us in the first 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We cannot be responsible for items destroyed or damaged by the improper use of the customers.
3. All the items should have the stickers on and any items returned must be in a complete package with all the original standard settings (including outer package, inner package, manual, etc). We will NOT accept any product without the complete sticker or with scratched sticker for exchange nor return.
4.The customer pays for shipping the return the goods to DogDug.com and we pays for resend shipping cost
5. We support for the check at spot, if there is any problem, the shipping company could make a certification. When you are receiving an order, please check if the package box has obvious distortion or broken and whether the quality is consistent with the invoice.
